@70: Oyemekun Grammar School Alumni Back Return Of School To Stakeholders
As the school clocks 70, the Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure Alumni Association has expressed support for key stakeholders to take over the runnings of the school from the Ondo state government. The National Vice President of the Association, High Chief Olusegun Ogunjobi, who disclosed this in Akure while speaking with newsmen to kick start the 70th Anniversary of the school High Chief Ogunjobi, said the key stakeholders like; the Anglican Church, the Akure community, the Oyemekun Grammar School Old Students Association and the Parent Teachers Association, are currently brainstorming with the state government to ensure that the most secondary school is run properly. The Vice President, however, said government is doing its best but there is limitation while the Alumni is trying to aide the government in achieving its objective and educational programmes in the state.
